Sacred Heart: The Exhale Retreat

A Nervous System Reset for Women Who Hold Everyone Else.

Riviera Maya, Mexico · August 7–10, 2026
Lunita Jungle Retreat Center · 4 days / 3 nights · 10 spots

When was the last time you truly exhaled?

Not a quick break. Not a weekend that flies by.
A real exhale — where your body softens, your mind quiets, and you feel held instead of responsible.

Maybe you’re functioning… but you’re tired in your bones.
You’re the one who keeps it together. You hold space. You handle things.
And yet your body feels tense, your mind won’t fully turn off, and even when you rest… you don’t feel restored.

If you’ve been carrying a lot… holding space for others… staying strong… staying “on”…
this retreat is your permission to stop.

You will arrive feeling full, tired, and emotionally stretched. You will leave feeling lighter, steadier, and deeply connected to yourself again.

This is not a vacation. It’s the kind of reset that changes how you show up in your relationships, your work, and your life.

The Experience:

Your time at Sacred Heart: The Exhale includes therapeutic and somatic experiences designed for restoration:

Every element is designed with one intention: to help your body feel safe enough to release.

As a Latina and a woman of color…

I know what it feels like to be the strong one — to carry culture, expectations, responsibility, and other people’s needs.

This retreat is a space where softness is not a luxury. It’s medicine.

You will be welcomed exactly as you are, and you will be held with dignity, care, and deep respect.

This retreat is your exhale.

Four days to pause, release what’s been building in your body, and come back to yourself — with support.

You don’t have to earn rest.
You don’t have to be “more productive” first.
You don’t have to have your whole life figured out before you get to feel better.

This is a space for women ready to:

  • step out of survival mode

  • feel safe in their body again

  • soften the nervous system

  • and return home with clarity, energy, and emotional relief

“I attended Viri’s 1-day ‘Release Her’ retreat and also participated in her 8-week Amarte Community container. Both experiences were incredibly powerful in their own ways—but what truly sets Viri apart is her presence. She is deeply nurturing, intuitive, and compassionate in the way she holds space. You feel safe with her almost instantly, and there’s a genuine sense of trust that allows you to fully open. Her warmth is magnetic, her energy is uplifting, and it creates an environment where real, meaningful healing can happen. I left not only feeling renewed, but with lasting tools and a deeper sense of self-worth and self-love that I still carry with me today.”

Why Mexico. Why this land.

Mexico is the place I return to when I need to reset — not just mentally, but in my body.

I feel deeply connected to this land and to my roots here. There is something about being held by nature — the warmth, the jungle, the water — that makes it easier to release what we’ve been carrying and remember who we are underneath the roles.

Lunita Jungle is quiet, grounded, and surrounded by nature — the kind of environment that naturally supports nervous system regulation.

This is the setting your body needs to finally let go.

This retreat is for you if:

  • -You feel constantly anxious, tense, or overstimulated.

  • -You’re the one others rely on and you rarely feel supported.

  • -You’re tired even after sleeping, and your body holds tension all day.

  • -You can’t fully relax, even on “days off.”

  • -You feel emotionally full from holding everyone else’s feelings and needs.

  • -You’re craving deep rest. (not just a change of scenery)

  • -You want healing that includes your body, not just your mind.

  • -You’re ready to soften, release, and come back to yourself.

This is for the woman who’s been holding it all… and is ready to be held.

The Transformation:

Before the retreat, you might recognize:

  • You’re “on” all the time, even when you’re exhausted.

  • Your shoulders/jaw/stomach hold tension without you realizing it.

  • You feel emotionally full, easily triggered, or numb.

  • You can’t fully rest, even when you try.

  • You miss feeling light, present, and connected to yourself.

After the retreat, you leave with:

  • A calmer body and a quieter mind.

  • Emotional relief (like you can finally breathe again)

  • More patience, presence, and capacity.

  • Tools you can use when life gets loud again.

  • Clearer boundaries and permission to receive support.

  • A deeper connection to yourself and what you need next.

This is the nervous system reset your body has been asking for.

This kind of reset doesn’t stay in Mexico.

It shows up when you get home — in how you wake up, how you respond to stress, how you set boundaries, how you relate to others, and how much space you finally have to feel like yourself again.

Viridiana Rodriguez, LCSW, Healing Guide
Owner of Amar Therapy and Amarte Community

Viridiana is a Latina therapist, Reiki practitioner, professor, and daughter of immigrant parents, born and raised in Southern California. As the youngest in her family and first generation breaking many cycles, her own healing journey began with therapy, Reiki, breathwork, and bodywork — each step guiding her deeper into love and authenticity.

For over 12 years, she has supported clients through different seasons of their lives. Today, she embraces her path as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Healing Guide, and founder of Amar Therapy and Amarte Community — spaces dedicated to self-love, connection, and transformation.

Her personal journey has been one of unlearning, unbecoming, and learning to receive support with grace and compassion. Viridiana knows the courage it takes to begin a “new story” and step into who you were always meant to be, and she welcomes women into Sacred Heart: The Exhale Retreat to be held, to heal, and to remember the love that already lives within them.
