Viridiana Rodriguez, LCSW, Healing Guide
Owner of Amar Therapy and Amarte Community
Viridiana is a Latina therapist, Reiki practitioner, professor, and daughter of immigrant parents, born and raised in Southern California. As the youngest in her family and first generation breaking many cycles, her own healing journey began with therapy, Reiki, breathwork, and bodywork — each step guiding her deeper into love and authenticity.
For over 12 years, she has supported clients through different seasons of their lives. Today, she embraces her path as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Healing Guide, and founder of Amar Therapy and Amarte Community — spaces dedicated to self-love, connection, and transformation.
Her personal journey has been one of unlearning, unbecoming, and learning to receive support with grace and compassion. Viridiana knows the courage it takes to begin a “new story” and step into who you were always meant to be, and she welcomes women into Sacred Heart: A Return to be held, to heal, and to remember the love that already lives within them.
Kristine Linares
Quantum Reiki Master Healer, Sound Alchemist
Founder of Ascension Quantum Wellness
Kristine is an Energetic and Quantum Reiki Master Healer and Teacher, Sound Alchemist, and Hospice End-of-Life Doula. She also serves as an intuitive medium, Akashic Records and Light Language channel, and breathwork/meditation facilitator — weaving together modalities that help others return to their most authentic self.
For over 22 years, Kristine has been inspired by her greatest teachers: her four children. They continually guide her to live with presence, compassion, and courage. In her private energy healing practice, she emphasizes root-cause healing, tailoring each session to support the soul’s unique journey and helping clients embody their highest expression.
She is the founder of Ascension Quantum Wellness, a healing center dedicated to meeting clients where they are, and the CEO of Guided Home Healing Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit offering education and healing opportunities for all ages, cultures, and life experiences. She also hosts The Guided Home Podcast, a space for real conversations on healing and spirit. Kristine welcomes women into Sacred Heart: A Return as an invitation to sit in ceremony, sisterhood, and sacred remembrance together.
